Project Overview

AR Design LLC provided a complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Medical Gas engineering package for a multi-operatory dental clinic. The project included treatment rooms, hygiene bays, consultation rooms, sterilization area, lab, reception, staff lounge, and support spaces.

The drawing set was developed for permit submission in compliance with Florida Building Code (FBC), NEC, Florida Plumbing Code, and applicable medical gas installation standards. The project required detailed coordination between clinical equipment loads, HVAC zoning, sanitary systems, compressed air, vacuum lines, and nitrous/oxygen distribution.

✓Dedicated circuits for dental chairs, imaging, sterilization, and lab equipment
✓HVAC system design including rooftop unit coordination and duct routing
✓Exhaust and ventilation calculations per FBC requirements
✓Sanitary waste and vent system layout with isometric diagrams
✓Domestic water supply and recirculation system design
✓Compressed air and vacuum line distribution with isometric layouts
✓Medical gas system including oxygen and nitrous oxide distribution
✓Equipment room coordination for air compressor and vacuum pump systems
✓Permit-ready construction documentation with detailed notes and specifications
